Roaming is automatically activated on all plans. Simply turn on data roaming in your phone settings when abroad. Go to Settings → Mobile/Cellular → Data Roaming → ON. Your phone will automatically connect to our partner networks.

Yes! EU roaming is included in all our mobile plans at no extra cost. You can use your regular data, calls, and SMS allowance in all 27 EU countries plus UK, Norway, and Switzerland. Fair use policy applies - you can use your plan for up to 4 months per year while roaming.

You can check your roaming usage in real-time through our mobile app or by sending an SMS to 1234 with text "BALANCE". You'll receive a free SMS reply with your current usage. We also send automatic alerts when you reach 80% and 100% of your roaming package.

If you exceed your roaming package, standard pay-as-you-go rates apply as listed above. We'll send you an SMS notification when you're close to your limit. You can always top up with an additional roaming package at any time by emailing [email protected] or using the mobile app.

Roaming on cruise ships (maritime networks) and planes (aeronautical networks) is available but charged at premium rates (typically €5-15/MB). We recommend disabling roaming during flights and on ships to avoid unexpected charges. Use the ship's/plane's WiFi instead.

We have roaming agreements in 150+ countries worldwide. Zone 1 (EU) includes all 27 EU countries plus UK, Norway, Switzerland. Zone 2 (Asia-Pacific) includes China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, India, and more. Zone 3 (Americas) includes USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina.
