1. Service Agreement

By using WebThree Networks services, you agree to these terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WebThree Networks GmbH.

2. Service Provision

We will provide telecommunications services according to your selected plan. Services include:

• Mobile voice and data services
• International roaming
• International long distance (IDD)
• Fiber broadband internet

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept:

• Credit/debit cards
• Bank transfer (SEPA)
• Direct debit

Late payments may result in service suspension. Contact [email protected] for billing disputes.

4. Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use policy. Excessive use (>100GB/month on mobile) may result in speed throttling during peak hours. This does not apply to broadband services.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice to [email protected]. Early termination fees apply to fixed-term contracts.

6. Liability

We are liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. Liability for slight negligence is excluded except for injury to life, body, or health.
